We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. 

To Start Your Return - 

1. Please email hello@shopthelittleproject.com with the subject line "Return Request Order # (fill in your order number)."

2. Once your return request is approved, you will be emailed a shipping label.

3. Pack your items in the original packaging and drop your return off at any UPS location.

Refunds

Once your return is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within one billing cycle.

Exchanges

The Little Project sustainably produces in limited batches so it's recommended that you immediately place a new order for the exchanged item(s).
